1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on 39slot, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one single account only. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Deposits & Payments

39slot accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, MCB Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

5 Withdrawals

39slot is committed to processing withdrawals promptly for all eligible, fully verified accounts. The following conditions govern withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. 39slot reserves the right to route withdrawals through alternative verified methods at its discretion.
• Fully KYC-verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within approximately 30 minutes to 24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers to HBL, UBL, MCB, and Meezan Bank.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Games & Betting Rules

9 Responsible Gaming

13 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player's account at any time. The following conditions apply:

• Player-initiated closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting 39slot support. Any real-money balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to KYC completion.
• Company-initiated suspension: 39slot may immediately suspend your account pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or other prohibited conduct.
• Company-initiated termination: 39slot may permanently terminate your account, without prior notice and without liability, where a breach of this Agreement has been confirmed, where you are found to have provided false registration information, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or regulatory risk to 39slot.
• Upon termination for cause, any balance associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct may be forfeited in full. Any real-money balance not connected to the prohibited conduct will be returned to you.
• Following account termination, you remain bound by the provisions of this Agreement that are intended to survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

39slot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following procedure applies to material amendments:

• Where a material change is made to these Terms, 39slot will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email to the registered account address and/or a Platform notification.

• You agree that any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall be conducted in the English language.
• Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court.
